As founder and CEO of For The People Real State Brokerage ESTD 2017, Natalie Batts’s compelling drive, perseverance and dedication has led her to become one of Arizona’s few African American Female Real Estate Brokers. Natalie founded For The People Real State Brokerage ESTD 2017 in 2018, opening its first location in Phoenix, Arizona.
As a former Educator, earning a double Master degree in Cross-Cultural Education and Education Specialist, Natalie’s knowledge, compassion and leadership skills have served her well in business as a bold entrepreneur, as well as in her mission of mentoring and empowering families in the community. At For The People Real State Brokerage ESTD 2017, Natalie and her team of rigorously trained professional, glamorous ladies of color, specialize in brokering real estate transactions for high profile clients, including those in baseball and media. She serves as a Broker and Consultant to other real estate professionals as well, sharing how technology can improve their businesses.
Natalie seeks to highlight the outstanding lakes, sports, evolving culture, and some of the most wonderous offerings in Arizona to bring businesses and families to Arizona. The brokerage’s success has also led to its expansion into new markets, soon in California and Atlanta. Honoring her Education background, Natalie also specializes in teacher next door programs.
